Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at my website cheriebryant.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
These are estimates and some packages may take longer to arrive then estimated depending on either the time of year or getting held up in customs etc.
Once your order has been confirmed to be dispatched your package should take
UK:- 1-2 weeks
Europe:- 2-3 weeks
Rest of the world:- 2 -12 weeks
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number (if one is applicable, its tracking number will be active within 24 hours).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
I am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
How are the prints/products packaged?
How the products are packaged depends on the size of the product.
Button badges and mirrors are placed in a bubble mailer. Pocket mirrors will be wrapped in extra bubble wrap for protection.
All prints will be placed in a plastic sleeve for protection. Using the following packaging:-
Mini prints and stickers will be shipped in a small rigid envelope. A backboard will be included for extra stability.
Insert size prints will be shipped flat with a rigid backboard.
Insert size or larger will be rolled in a tube.
Originals shipping packaging will vary depending on the nature of the painting.
Damages
I am not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping but will do my best to help replace or refund when these situations occur. If you received your order damaged, please contact us with images of the damage to the package (if any) or item. If the items are out of stock or limited you will have wait until we can get them back in, or be offered a refund or replacement of another product equal to the value of the original purchased.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, send us photographs to enter email here as proof of damages so we can begin the process of refunding or replacing the goods for you.
If your order is missing an item, or has been damaged in transit and an item is missing (torn packaging etc) please contact us as soon as possible.
